Makes one 9 x 13 inch pan.
Ingredients:
1 cup soft butter
½ cup powdered sugar
2 and 1/4 cups flour, divided
Dash of salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
6 Tablespoons lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350. Mix butter, powdered sugar, 2 cups of flour and a dash of salt together. Press mix into the bottom of a greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and spread over the crust. Return to the oven and bake an additional 25 minutes; cool.
Dust with powdered sugar and cut into pieces.
