Machine pieced, machine appliqued, machine quilted, hand embroidered and embellished.

Union's design is an original and is loosely based on a combination of religious tiling work found in both Islamic and Judaic traditions.  The piece was meant to be incorporated into a larger work but a different design was selected. The work incorporates piecing, applique with Angelina fibers and other materials, trapped quilting under tulle.  24" x 24"
